Why Our Signature Case Is Called Tartaruga

Nature also plays an important role in our design philosophy.

The natural geometry of a sea turtle’s shell inspired the flowing lines of our signature Tartaruga case.

Inspired by the Sea Turtles of the Ligurian Sea

The Ligurian Sea is one of the Mediterranean’s richest marine habitats. Remarkably, six of the world’s eight sea turtle species can be found in these waters.

This extraordinary connection inspired the name of our signature case design: Tartaruga, the Italian word for turtle. Just as a turtle’s shell combines strength, protection and beautifully balanced curves, our Tartaruga case is defined by soft, flowing lines and a distinctive silhouette that is both robust and elegant. The name is a tribute to the natural beauty of Liguria and to the marine life that makes this region so unique.
